I crossed paths with the Reiki path in 2015 when my aunt introduced the healing path to me when I needed it most.  My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015 and when I felt lost, Reiki was my tether to find my way back to myself.

I began my study of Reiki with Odilia Forlenza, the Reiki Master at the North Carolina Reiki Institute, located in Asheville, North Carolina.  Odilia assisted me in opening the pathways to my chakras and letting the light flow through my mind, body, and soul.

Since my first lesson in 2015, I have continued my journey with Reiki and received my Reiki Master Certification in 2022.  I have met many wonderful souls and practiced with many to fine-tune my healing abilities through Reiki to assist others on their healing journey and finding their light.  I am continuing my holistic healing journey by studying medicinal herbs, plants, and mushrooms.  You can find me foraging in the woods in my spare time.
